About the laboratory

The testing laboratory is accredited in the National Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and is part of the structure of Zhabinkovsky Feed Mill OJSC (accreditation certificate BY/112 2. 1085) since 1996.

The main tasks of the laboratory are:

Carrying out research (tests) in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, governing documents, state, international, interstate standards, certified methods (techniques) and other documents relating to the activities of the laboratory.

Basic principles of activity:

Ensuring impartiality and independence in your professional activities.
Improving the quality of customer service:

• agreed terms of the research;
• constant quality control of laboratory work;
• implementation of modern methods and trends in laboratory practice;
• improving the qualifications of employees, updating the tool base.

Accreditations

The scope of accreditation of the production and technological laboratory of JSC Zhabinkovsky Feed Mill includes about 100 methods. Tests are carried out for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union TR CU 021/2011, TR CU 015/2011, as well as regulations of the Republic of Belarus TR 2010/025/BY

In 2019, the production and technological laboratory of Zhabinkovsky Feed Mill OJSC received the right to use the combined mark of the International Accreditation Organization on issued test and research reports, paper forms, commercial proposals for work, advertising and analytical materials, websites within the current scope of accreditation

In 2021, the production and technological laboratory successfully confirmed its competence based on the results of an assessment by experts of the Belarusian State Accreditation Center and technical experts. The accreditation certificate based on the results of competency assessment has been extended until November 8, 2026.

In 2022, the laboratory successfully confirmed its competence in various types of tests by participating in 6 proficiency testing programs using more than 20 different methods. Last year, all rounds of qualification testing were successfully completed both at the Republic and interstate levels, which indicates the high professionalism of the employees. The professional level of employees is systematically increased.
